Background

The company's International Growth Team is expanding the brand into new markets, with a North America push now underway through a major U.S. retail partner. We're looking for someone to help drive the next phase of that growth — from influencer marketing to retail strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the North America marketing roadmap and annual campaign planning
  • Establish the brand narrative, key messaging pillars, and unique value proposition for the region
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, adjusting spend based on ongoing performance
  • Track market trends and competitive activity; build reporting frameworks tied to core KPIs

- Retail Channel Marketing

  • Source and run promotional initiatives both within and outside retail partner channels; develop tactics to drive in-store purchase
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales performance, using sell-through data to guide decisions

- Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Design a partnership strategy segmented by creator tier
  • Oversee gifting and paid collaborations, negotiate agreements, and manage usage rights for creator content

Key Qualifications

  • Practical marketing experience keeping pace with consumer trends in the North America region
  • Deep, hands-on background managing influencer and creator partnership programs from start to finish
  • Fluent, native-level English skills, including strong copywriting ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • minumum 2 years working in marketing for a beauty or consumer products brand
  • Familiarity with how major North America beauty retailers operate their marketing programs
  • Strong grasp of the North America color cosmetics category and its independent brand landscape
  • Comfortable turning marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) into concrete action plans
